Audra — a proud member of Kahkewistahaw First Nation — created Aski Balance to fill a deep need for culturally safe, trauma-aware healing spaces across Saskatchewan. As a mobile wellness company, we bring healing to you — offering private energy sessions, sound therapy, and spiritual education that support restoration at every level.


Whether you're an individual navigating emotional overwhelm, a school needing support for student stress, or a community seeking resilience for your staff or members — Aski Balance offers healing experiences designed to be gentle, non-verbal, and sacred.

Meet the founder - Audra Issac.

Audra is a certified energy healer, sound therapy practitioner, and spiritual wellness guide with years of experience across various healing arts. As an Indigenous entrepreneur and community member, her work is both personal and collective.

  • No forced disclosure — sessions are non-verbal and consent-based
  • Elder consultation and seasonal alignment guide our work
  • Minimal data collection — only what’s necessary to schedule and follow up
  • Touch is always optional and discussed beforehand
  • Ceremonial alignment when culturally appropriate
